Our Approved Caravan Workshop will service and repair all caravans to the highest of standards.
Please call 01560 484859 for pricing information and availability
If your caravan was purchased from Burnhouse Caravans please contact us on 01560 484 859 or email [email protected] and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
If you have purchased your tourer from another dealer and require repairs under warranty, you will need to return to your supplying dealer.
Due to the demand on our workshop, we are unable to carry out warranty repairs on non-Burnhouse Caravans tourers.
If you are unable to make the journey back to your supplying dealer, the alternative is to book into our workshop as a customer, have repairs carried out by us and then reclaim the cost yourself from your dealer. Please be aware that not all dealers support this and you should speak to your specific dealer for authorisation before choosing this option.
For appliances fitted to caravans or motorhomes that have extended MB&G warranties, we will advise you at the time whether we can assist in a warranty claim or not.
It should also be noted that our workshop will only work on motorhomes and caravans from NCC recognised manufacturers, Swift, Autocruise, Bailey, Elddis, etc - any converted vans, MPVs, etc from non-NCC recognised manufacturers cannot be admitted for habitation services or repairs.
Workshop opening hours are -
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00
Caravans are generally booked in for service on a Sunday for collection the following Saturday.
Special arrangements are available on request.
If dropping your caravan off at the weekend please do so between 11:30am and 4:30pm - if booking, we will often assign a slot at half-hour intervals to negate any overlap with other drop-offs.
As caravans are handled manually when on our premises, please empty caravan of heavy objects, (Bikes, Barbecues etc)
Please ensure the caravan's toilet cassette is empty of waste material and that your caravan is fully drained down with all drain valves and taps being left open to prevent damage from frost.
